Shipping & production
Personalised keepsakes are made to order: please allow about 2 weeks for production, plus shipping time. Items without personalisation skip the production wait and ship sooner. We ship worldwide with tracking. Orders with multiple items can arrive in separate parcels.
How personalisation works
Type the name exactly as you'd like it made (double-check the spelling!). Because each piece is custom-made, personalised items can't be changed or returned once production starts, unless faulty, which we'll always make right.
