Standard: their name in peg letters plus up to 4 animal friends. Deluxe: a bigger board with their name plus up to 8 animal or vehicle pieces (great for longer names and little zookeepers).

Enter the child's name exactly as you want it to appear in the personalisation box above (please double-check spelling: each piece is custom-cut and cannot be changed once made). Most names up to 8 letters; contact us for longer names or double-name puzzles.
Made to order
Because every puzzle is cut and finished for one specific child, please allow approximately 2 weeks for your keepsake to be made and delivered. Good things, made properly, are worth the short wait.
Our promise
If your keepsake arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right. Spelling is taken directly from your order, so please check it carefully.

How long does it take?
About 2 weeks, as each puzzle is made to order with your child's name.
What if I spell the name wrong?
We cut exactly what's entered at checkout, so please double-check. If we make an error, we'll remake it free.
Is it safe for babies?
Yes: solid wood, smooth-sanded edges, non-toxic water-based paint. Always supervise children under 3 with the smaller letter pieces.
Can I get two names or a longer name?
Yes: choose Deluxe or contact us for double-name and longer puzzles.
Shipping & production
Personalised keepsakes are made to order: please allow about 2 weeks for production, plus shipping time. Items without personalisation skip the production wait and ship sooner. We ship worldwide with tracking. Orders with multiple items can arrive in separate parcels.
